Privacy Policy

1VIM operates the marketplace at 1vim.com.

Card numbers never reach us. Stripe takes the payment and tells us only that it succeeded, the last four digits and the card brand.

• ·Your account: name, email, and the language and country you choose.
• ·Your orders: what you bought, the delivery or pickup details you gave, the price, duties and shipping you paid, and the tracking of the parcel.
• ·Your messages with a shop, and the reviews you leave.
• ·The places and pieces you save, and your notification settings.
• ·A shop's details when you sell: shop name, where it sits on the map, policies, listings, payout account status and the identity checks Stripe runs.
• ·Cookies for your language, your currency and which side of the dashboard you last used. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• ·To take your order, deliver it or hold it for pickup, and pay the maker after it reaches you.
• ·To fill in the customs declaration and the shipping label a parcel needs.
• ·To let you and the shop talk about an order, a custom piece or a return.
• ·To send the notifications you turned on: an order, a delivery, a payout, a review.
• ·To keep the marketplace honest: verifying shops, preventing fraud and handling claims.
• ·To meet tax, invoicing and consumer law.

When you buy, the shop sees what it needs to make and send your order: your name, the delivery address, your phone number if a carrier needs it, your note and your messages. For a pickup order it sees your name, email and phone. A shop never sees your card.

Public pages show a shop's name, where it sits on the map, listings and reviews. A review shows your first name, the initial of your last name and your country.

• ·Stripe, for payment, payouts and the identity checks a shop passes to be paid.
• ·Carriers and their drop off counters, for labels, customs forms and tracking.
• ·Our email provider, only for the notifications you turned on.
• ·Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf.
• ·Authorities where the law requires it, such as customs and tax.

Your account data stays while you have an account. Orders stay in the books for as long as invoice and tax law require, without your name once you delete your account. Messages stay with the order they belong to. Saved places and notification settings go when you delete your account.

You can see and change your details on your Account page, download your data there as one file, and delete your account there. Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you may also ask us to correct or erase data, or object to a use, by writing to us. We answer within the time the law gives.

Data travels encrypted. Access inside 1VIM is limited to the people and systems that need it. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the regulators as the law requires.

1VIM is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that matters is announced on the site.
